I use therapeutic methods which include psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy, trauma informed care, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. The most important component in my approach is forming a trusting, honest, and respectful therapeutic alliance with you, so we can collaborate on a plan to move forward from obstacles that may be impeding your growth and happiness.
I chose to become a mental health professional after my own struggles with loss and grief. Participating in therapy was a life-changing experience for me and I am hopeful to be able to provide you with the same benefit. I look forward to working with you on your own journey of healing and growth.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of NH and my Bachelor’s Degree from Notre Dame College. I have been working in the mental health field since 2003.
My hours of availability are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9AM - 5PM.
