Ed Orlowski, MSW, LICSW

Beginning therapy often comes in the midst of crisis and transition. In therapy, you will learn skills to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance your overall health and well-being, and integrate new skills into your everyday life. I have experience working with issues such as anxiety and depression, relationships, parenting and family conflict. I utilize an integrated approach of supportive psychotherapy, insight oriented therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with individuals, from adolescence through adulthood, couples and families to develop the  skills needed to learn productive ways of handling difficulty in times of change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 35 years of experience. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Connecticut.
